How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A networking contact introduced me to the industry and to the Franchise company with which we are affiliated. I had previously owned a small business and experienced the frustrations I currently work with clients to resolve using the systems of the Franchise company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Leadership development and people performance improvement - measurement criteria and systems are established before we start and continually measured throughout our engagement.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work at our clients' locations and service the entire Kansas City Metro.
