How long have you been in business?
I am the owner of Bock's Steam Star, Brian Bock, I have been in the business for the last 20 years. Bock's Steam Star has been going for the last 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
The bread and butter of our company is carpet cleaning. We also specialize in upholstery/leather, tile and grout and natural stones, oriental/area rugs, and carpet repair.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested one summer when I worked for another carpet cleaning business. I educated other companies around the country about carpet cleaning and eventually started my own company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our company sees our clients not as a one time event but a twenty year relationship. We offer the best, speak the truth, and are always stewards of your trust. We want to keep maintaining all your textile and upholstery for years to come.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our company is located at 153rd and Metcalf. We have four cleaning vans, two estimate vehicles and a area rug cleaning plant. Clients may drop off rugs to be cleaned or we can pick them up and deliver.

We are at just east of 153rd and Metcalf; The main intersection is 151st and Metcalf;
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover;
Which areas do you service?
We service the greater Kansas City Area. we may go to some of the outlining areas for a reasonable service charge.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Brian Bock is one owner and President. Brian conducts our residential complimentary estimates. Bryan Renyer is the other owner and VP. Bryan is the operations manager of our crews and conducts commercial complimentary estimates.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate our vans Mon-Sat Days and evenings. Our office is open Mon.-Fri. 7:30AM-5:30PM Our phones are answered by a real person right here in our office!! It is our goal to service all clients within 1 week or less of a phone call.
