Our services include custom computer programming (Microsoft Access, SQL Server, C#, VB.net, ASP.net) and tech services (PC support, Network administration, e-mail, virus removal).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our owners, Jim & Arlene Watkins have been involved in the computer service industry since 1978.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We partner with our clients by understanding their business and how they do business. This understanding allows us to provide a user friendly solution that will minimize errors and maximize productivity.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. We have goals to expand our tech services department and will continue to build our software development team as needed to serve our clients.

We are conveniently located off Highway 69 & 103rd Street in Overland Park. Take a left off the exit ramps and a right at Mastin. Proceed south to 105th. Turn right onto 105th and take a right into our parking lot.

Which areas do you service?
We service businesses in the KC metro and surrounding areas. Many of our programming projects are delivered to corporate servers in Texas, Kansas & other locations. We have Clients in Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Kansas and many other states using our one-on-one scheduling software, id softare and custom solutions. Our medical claim scrubber is used by medical billing services to reduce claim rejection.

Our president, Arlene Watkins runs our daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays and extended hours by appointment only
