Easy Moves

I scheduled an appointment with Easy Moves to deal with several large items; the employee I spoke to was friendly and cooperative, and a truck was scheduled to arrive between 12:30 and 1:30 the day of the move. The day came, and I made sure that I was at the apartment shortly after 12, and proceeded to wait for four hours. We got all of the big items moved, but my being tied up waiting for them meant that I was unable to make any other trips to and from the townhouse. I called them back a day or two later to complain, and was given the run around. The man I talked to said that the guy who had made the appointment, and who had overseen the trucks, was not in that day, so he was unable to tell me anything other than sorry. There was no attempt whatsoever to rectify the situation, just a weak apology and a "this is not the way we do business" (which, given the circumstances, I don't believe). I will never use this service again.
